As the founder of the LightSource Community Outreach Foundation, she is dedicated to improving the lives of students and families through community resource alignment, school-based academic and enrichment programming, as well as community engagement and development.

Shannon is also a single mom, believer, educator, writer, and lover of all things!

Shannon uses her life experiences as a testament to others that there is no hardship you can’t overcome. An entrepreneur and giver, she prides herself on empowering others to shine their light on the world and realize their gifts!
